I've added CF on the front bumper center, replaced the marker lights on the bumper side vents and added a CF rear spoiler. All from DCT Motorsports. Yes that's my (wife's) Honda Fit.

I've added carbon fiber hood vent arrows. This completes the exterior carbon fiber trim that I have planned for my car. My original goal was to replace all of the bright silver trim. I didn't think the bright silver was a good match for my paint color. After seeing how the CF looked I went well beyond my original plans. I've done the front lip, bumper vents, fender vents, hood vents, side mirrors, rear spoiler and rear diffusor.

A big thanks to Ivan at DCT Motorsports. Top quality parts at a reasonable price. I've been fortunate that I can drive to his shop to speak with him in person. He's extremely knowledgeable on the process of coating carbon fiber over OEM parts. Quality is his first priority. I was told it is very difficult to wrap CF over the hood vent arrows due to the sharpness of the angle on top. All 6 are perfect.

Re: carbon parts

Did you look into any other companies or was DCT your first and only choice?

I think that the only car I want is falcon sprint's SL65 with a Speedriven Big turbo kit.

Looks great! Are they still in business? I've e-mails them last week and again this week and have not gotten a response. Lots of tears.

Ivan is a one man shop. Perhaps he's out of the country. Try replying to one of his sponsored threads.

Give him a call with the phone number listed on the website. He won't hesitate to spend the time necessary with you on the phone to explain all the details and logistics.

BTW great job on your SL65. I love all of the CF touches. I was looking at the first page and saw the ugly American orange marker and was like he should replace that whole vent piece in CF and then on the next page it was done! Excellent!

Is your interior trim CF from the factory? How lucky to live so close to DCTMS! I got my interior kit from him and am currently getting a steering wheel done by them. Love the work that they do and can't wait to get the wheel!

Thanks.

My car is a designo car with the maple wood trim. I like it a lot and have kept it original. Haven't done anything to the car for a while. Just enjoying driving it.
