Sl55 owner measurement request please....
Hi all, if an SL55 owner has a spare minute could they do me a massive favour and measure the width/height of the AMG exhaust tip please, I need the inside or outside measurement of each one and the gap in between the two (unless they are all the same size)! I'm having real trouble sourcing a set of quad AMG tips for my SL500 (have the amg bumpers) and want to compare the size to a E55 or similar (these are easily available!). If they are the same pipe diameters I'll buy them and modify the pipework whilst removing my mufflers at the same time! I'd love to buy a complete system for it but money / missus prevails that!

Hi,
Using a tape measure (instead of calipers of some sort) I came up with an outside measurement for each pipe of 4.5 inches wide and 3.25 inches high with a .5 inch seperation between the pipes.
