Need Help with 2002 SL55 information
Hello,
I am trying to find the correct part number for the engine ECU for a 2002 SL55. I have ECP.net but it is hard to be absolutely sure unless you have a valid VIN number. If anyone knows an actual part number or can send me a VIN number it would be greatly appreciated. I have found two model designations with different part numbers for the SL55 but it does not give me the year of production. I need the 2002 to adapt to my car. The 2002 did not use a bypass valve which is why I am looking for this specific part.

SL55AMG, Ferrari 348, Ferrari Testarossa, Ferrari F40, Ferrari Mondial t, Ducati 916, Indycar
I was the first owner of an SL55 in AZ, and it was delivered in 4/03, and manufactured 3/03. I don't believe that there are any '02 US spec SL55's.
