SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: Me old SL55 thus far....... + a few questions ;-)
As winters passing I've managed to get a few bits and bobs done. This is hows she's sitting, excuse the rubbish photography:


Thus far I have done the following:
Black single slatt grill with carbon wrapped center bit
Johnson pump
Front carbon spoiler
Rear carbon spoiler
CLS winter wheels (painted dark grey) with Bridgestones all round
Customised exhaust system (removed secondaries, resenators & mufflers)
Carbon wrapped interior console / side trims (gone is that retro silver stuff!)
Fitted 6000K LED sidelights, number plate lights & LED interior lights (so much better / modern)
Fitted lowering links with minor drop
Machine polished
K&N air filters.
I'm waiting for a Eurocharged heat exchanger which should be here anyday now. Want to sort the cooling side of things before I start upping the boost.
Next on the list is a custom exhaust manifold and removal of the primary cats. Then a 192mm pulley, injectors, throttlebody & a Eurocharged remap. Then Quaife, deepdish rims and whatever else I can find to keep this old sea dog up with newer supercars

Wouldn't mind a 65 rear bumper but unsure at the moment. With the black pan roof and carbon bits I think the colour combinations suit it. What do you guys think to some carbon mirrors going on the theme I have, or over the top?
Can anyone tell me the wheel lug thread & pitch size, I want to order some nice lightweight black ones as my current OEM are rusty.
Oh and has anyone removed the stock aerial, man that things old skool!
Kinda following on Kamil's car for inspiration, would love some DPE rims but **** me are they expensive, quality costs I suppose! Any wheel alternatives / suggestions appreciated

M14x1.5 thread, R13 ball seat, 26.7mm shank, 17mm hex with R13 Ball Seat,... not R14!

Gonna post this on Benzworld as well to see if I can get the other questions answered as seems to be a little quiet on here. Is the R230 section on here a little more popular that the 55 section? If so will start posting there.
Forgot to ask, sometimes on the dash I get in red "engine oil - visit workshop" - I've checked the level and it says it's fine, possibly a faulty sensor?
