2005 500 SL

Bluetooth B67875855 (No Power)

Yesterday I installed the Bluetooth puck adapter B67875855. There seems to be no power to it. (the bluelight did not come on) The command center did acknowledge it being installed (Sayin no telephone). What do I do next I follow instruction on MB World with no luck.

I can't pair it without power? So phone model has nothing to do with it.

The Vehicle is a 2005 500 SL with Teleaid (and I see the teleaid is powered as light up when startingthe car) It is not hooked up as I have no working phone.

Any suggestions.

2008 CLK350

I have a 2008 CLK 350 which i just installed with same no power issue. I'm actually part of the Embrace (tele aid) program, which does work. Have you found a solution as yet? Anyone?

i just purchased the puck and tail today. installed. The dealer pitifully tried to program, but there was no power. Did either of you resolve the power problem? Thanks.
