Which One-Slat Grille to buy?

Silver SL55.

There are a few manufacturers, which one to buy?

a few cars, few bikes,04 SL55

I think 55tech ebay have the best fitment, I bought the first from ebay also fitment was really bad but not from 55tech

I concur - the one slat I purchased from 55Tech had great quality and super fitment...

Single slat grill

I purchased a single slat grill for my 2008 SL55 from CKS but it doesn't fit. They swear it's the right one and wanted me to carve out a piece of the bumper to make it fit, but even then, it won't fit. So, if you have a 2008 SL55 (pre-face lift model) it is NOT the same as the 2004 to 2007 models. The star badge on mine measures 6.5". The star on the CKS grill measures 7.5" far too large to work.

Anyone with a 2008 SL55 with Distronic have a one-slat or two-slat grill? Would love to see a photo and know where you got it.
