SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: Automatic closing of trunk - possible to install in model 2003?

Automatic closing of trunk - possible to install in model 2003?
Would like to hear if anybody knows if it’s possible to install the automatic closing system in a SL55AMG from 2003 – MB says it’s a extra feature which first was available from models 2008 and up ----- 
I simply just think a car like this should have this as standard --- looking at all the Toyota, Hyundai’s and Skoda’s at the mall with this feature and us driving this comparably more expensive cars have to use our hands
and what irritates me the most is that sometimes I do not get that right “touch” with the handle inside the trunk and then have to push on top of the trunk to get it proper closed ……..
