NEw SL55 Owner Questions....
Just got my 07SL55 with AMG package last night
I am searching for some answers on 2 things (so far):
1) Active Ventilated seats option. I have that option and see the heating, and cooling options, but doe the "Active" part mean that they blow up when turning to keep you in place? I have an S550 that does that, but this SL55 is NOT doing that.
2) Does anyone have all of the differences between C and S mode? My wife is in the car now, and said it is WAY faster in S mode. I have not tried it myself, and cannot wait to get it back to test it, but what is changed. I head that C starts off in 2nd gear, and S starts in 1st. Is that true, and what else do it do. Thanks!

As far as the c and s go, s is for sport and c is for comfort.
And yes in c it will start in second, sport in 1st.
Do not believe that active means the seats are active when turning but someone else will.

Ok, so after driving today, I now know I will NEVER put the car in comfort mode again. I did come up with another question though.
The top of my seats have two buttons near the headrest, I pressed them, bt do not see anything happening. what are they for?
