anther IC Pump question, Johnson, Renntech or Bosch

I'm in the process of deciding which one of the above mention to go with, I like the idea of Renntech, but it's very expensive.

I've read some thread on the Johnson, and some have failed.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks
Todd

I believe the RennTech is actually made by Pierburg and can also be purchased for less through SpeeDriven.

I've been running this pump for a little bit now and It works great. All the info you need on the pump is in this link below.

Thank you for the reply. Do you have this installed on a SL65? If not, any idea on anyone who has and if it works out? I read through the thead, appreas as if Renntech took this product and improved it, however, I'm not Renntech would be worth the extra $$$.

Thanks
Todd

The pumps are the same from SL55 to SL65. Really a pump is a pump, all its going to do is flow fluid. There are a bunch of different pumps people have installed on their AMG's. From Johnson to Meziere. Shoot me an Email and I can help you with some more info in pumps. I don't sell pumps, but I can give you some recommendations.

I have it installed on my SL65 and works great. BMW uses it in their cars and now MB is using the Pierburg's in the SLS. I would say if these companies are using these pumps they have to be a quality pump. That is why I chose it but didn't feel like paying RennTech's price.
