What brand and size turbos come stock in SL600 and SL65?

I am reading about claims of huge gains in HP/TQ while keeping the stock turbos.

In the Porsche Turbo world, there is only so much one can get out of stock turbos so I was wondering whether MB leaves SO much on the table in stock tune.
