Just by searching I can see this topic has probably been mentioned 100 times on here, however alot of the dialogue is from a few years ago.

Whats the best option in 2013 for a rear diffuser/bumper complete? Also does anyone ship them painted and ready to go?

I notice most if not all are carbon fiber, is there like flat black ones?

What ever you do, don't buy a diffuser made in Taiwan or china, I spent $400 on one and was very disappointed. It didn't fit properly without adding screws and it was very thin. I'm still looking into another diffuser as well. I currently have the front Carbon Lip and rear Carbon Diffuser but will be replacing the diffuser once I find one the fits and looks better.
