It my tires are 19" tires with a "ZR" rating followed by 93y (front) or 96y (rear), then that means my tires are rated at up to 186mph correct?

Based on load ratings you provided above (93 front and 96 rear), it impllies you're using wrong tires for SL.

Front: 245/35-19 tires normally have load of 93, while 255/35-19 tires (what should be used on SL) have load of 96.

Rear: 275/30-19 tires normally have load of 96, while 285/30-19 tires (what should be used on SL) have load of 98. 295/30-19 are OK too and have load of a 100.
