Winter Storage
Tried to start my S63 after it sat for 5 weeks in the garage. Both remotes would not open car so I used the blade key to open door and the remote to physically start the car. Assumed the service battery must have been low but is indicating 12.06 volts. All the electronics seem a bit off and roof will not open even after car idled for 15min. Ideas?

you need to recharge the accessories battery in the trunk.
a 15 minute idle will not fix it.
you need to go for a longer drive or better yet - charge the battery with a battery charger.
once you put the car away for the winter always connect a battery tender to the rear battery.
most of us use c-tek chargers which are safe and proven.

Thank you for that. I had thought that but when I tested 12.06 volts I became concerned.
I hooked up a trickle charger (1 amp) this morning and it resulted in making all the warning lights on the dash light up so I unplugged it. Any ideas?
