Ok guys, any suggestions on this issue. I have an 03 sl55 amg and it has 60k miles runs perfect except one issue, I can be at a full stop or at very low RMP low speed and if I punch it, it falls on its face and acceleration doesn't work after that until I turn the engine off and restart it. I can however ease into the throttle from low speed or dead stop and it goes fine, but I would like to romp on it without this occurring obviously. Also note: if I push it down full throttle and it does this partial shut down thing the accelerator wont let the car rev even if in neutral or park until like I said I shut off engine and restart. anybody else ever experience this?

your supercharger I C pump went bad,, it is under the passenger headlight,little pump about 5" long with two hoses connected to it
it cost around 130. here is a place that has them.

Ok ty for that responce I will ck into that. So the car will still drive normal under normal acceleration, and also it dont throw a code.

that is correct, the temp of the water going to the SC gets too hot and shuts down the SC , if you drive normal for about 1/2 mile then the SC works again. When the eng is cold everything is fine right, after one or two short blast the SC drops out it is a safety thing built in .

Yep, and if your in like third gear going above like fifty and kick it it throws you backwards squats and jumps... Ty again
