i bumped them out 20mm from my previous build pics before paint already. which you may be thinking of the original placement. very tough to tell in these pics because wheels are turned or pic too dark with both tire and wheel being black. i had to get a smaller tire to do it. i am lightly rubbing right now lock to lock and if i corrected the camber, i would be sticking out past fender.

Gorgeous. Real head-turner. Love the blue. I don't have the guts to do such a dramatic mod... but I love it.
I would like to know where you got the rear spoiler/wing? Was that Misha? Do you know if they sell it as stand-alone piece?

well i had to ask chris where the gloss went? he said he used a filter so it cuts some of the gloss out so you concentrate on the car more than the reflections. i told him "i have spent many hours to achieve that gloss, lets see it!" lol. this is the outcome-

thanks guys. have been doing all maintenance on car last few days to go for a 2500 mile drive to las vegas then lake havasu to meet a bunch of friends for memorial weekend. checking weather and it is supposed to be rainy all the way till reno. sucks. may end up just flying!! great unpredictable oregon weather!

Absolutely flawless.. PS 2500 mi roadtrip in ANY SL is forgettaaboutit & adding possible rain?? + your SL's dropped on it's ballz ur krazy nutz if you do this.. Vegas = FLY especially for hangover home...

thanks sean. one of my friends is going so we can split driving duties. on the freeway i raise the ride height up, rides pretty good then. ya are right though on the drive home, haha. 5-6 days of non stop party then drive 1200 miles back! oh well.

ya. i have such a habit of building stuff i am now bored. lol. problem is i am not really sure what to replace with if it sells. very tough to match as complete and well rounded as my car is with all the work done. possible interests are-
gtr
bentley continental gt
older pantera
gtm supercar (have to build)
rcr slc (have to build)
older rare car in need or restoration
twin turbo viper
or anything else that floats the boat
all cool cars in their own right, but, still none as well rounded as my sl simply because of the hardtop vert. i have a sickness and it can only be cured by more cars!! haha.
i am already delving back into my camaro build with new wheels and other parts on the way. i am hoping my focus to get off selling the sl and back into the camaro to get my building addiction filled.
