2005 SL55
Solving squeaking windows and moldings
I know that convertibles bend a lot thus causing some squeaking with rubber moldings rubbing against other parts. Does have experience on solving this?

The most annoying thing to me is the squeaking that comes from the window rubbing against the plastic molding. Has any of you guys tried using any dry lubricant to solve this?

Anyone have a solution? It's worse when I have the top down and windows up. The window seems to rub against the molding on the windshield:

2009 SL63
i use 303 aerospace protectant on all my rubber seals. no squeaking here. you might want to give it a try
