Need Wheel Choice Advice for SL55...sorry for separate posts
Currently I have the multi-spoke wheels on the order for my car. I didn't love them at first, but they are definitely growing on me. I don't want to switch to the 5 spoke AMG wheel as I already have them on my SL500. I was thinking of getting the new CL55/S55 wheel, which I love.
Has anyone made this swap at the dealer successfully?
I assume they are a direct swap but can anyone confirm this for me?
Thanks again.

If you are talking about the double spoke rims, they are 18" and dont have "rivets" on the edges. You can also consider the 19" AMG double spokes which do have "rivets" on the edges. I have a set with Bridgestone tires and they were $3500 with a swap of the multispokes. Much easier to clean and beautiful. I would post pics but they are too large. I can send you some by email if you want. Or you can search online and see the animation that tirerack.com has with them.

Harris, great information, better than I could get from my Mercedes parts people. Thanks
