Improve SL65 traction?
Looking for suggestions on how to improve the traction of my 2005 SL65?
I'm going to stick with the stock tire sizes. I'm replacing the tires soon and will likely go with Bridgestone Pole Positions.
My first thought was an LSD, but then, after searching the forums here, that the SL65 already has one
(only owned the car for a year, so still getting to know her ...).
So, any other suggestions?

For the street all you can do is get some soft compound low tread ware tires and feather the throttle off the line.
From what I understand the OEM AMG diffs are not a 100% LSD.

You might check out toe links for the R230. I know Renntech makes them and I am pretty sure EvoSport has them as well. If you search "toe links" you might find some good discussion on the boards. I looked at them in the past, but never got any.
I run soft compound super high performance summer tires like Shardul suggested on my modded SL55. The last few sets were Toyo Proxies T1Rs and I currently have a set of Nitto Invos. Both seem to stick about the same. They are very temperature sensitive. Traction really improves at about 80 degrees and higher.
