SL63 231 AMG vs Jaguar F Type V8s
Well I drove the Jag at the weekend, and here is my thoughts.
Something nice about the Jag when your driving, very easy feeling.
Marginally firmer than the SL except when the SL in on AMG Sport.
Jag was very smooth and quieter, but not a lot in it. Steering both good
but I got used to electric steering so the Jag felt slightly odd but not for long.
SL has louder exhaust which I was not expecting, with better down blips.
Quality felt very good and matched the SL.
But now the question you all want to know, the SL would leave it standing,
but remember mine is tweaked. The SL stock would still be quicker in my opinion. One thing though, my SL frightens me when you use full power,
I know it's quicker but the Jag felt very safe, and they both have superb brakes. Verdict, as I can get the Jag tweaked I will buy one, the answer is
WHEN.
Lastly a beautiful XJ220 worth up to a million.
