I just bought it so, I'll give a full report when it arrives and I install. I've been restoring cars for years so, I'm no stranger to body work and proper fit and finish.
I'm sure it's fiberglass with a coat of carbon over the top for aesthetics but, if it fits well and looks good that's what these pieces are really all about.
I'll get some pic's up of the install when it comes in.

Funny you ask I was just about to post a follow-up:
The diffuser shipped QUICK from Japan - 5 days to Vegas.
Initial fit was a 6 on a scale of 10. I had to do a bit of modifying (cut the back off) to get it to fit. After about an hour of work it fits quite nicely now. The area where the diffuser goes around the exhaust pipes is a little larger on the right side than the left.
I used to own a restoration shop about 10 years ago. We did our own paint work. When things were slow I would install body kits as I was the only shop in town who did not do high volume collision work so, I have a fair bit of experience in fit and finish on fiberglass parts.
All in all I'm not disappointed with it but, I would caution against purchase if you don't have experience fitting fiberglass parts or, a body shop willing and able with similar experience.
