Shop replaced my sbc unit. now I have abs, esp and brake malfunction errors. Computer says check CAN connector/ no communication.

shop says might be an issue with the connector on the sbc unit.

Has anyone run into this issue before or know if there is a way to check the harness or connector without removing and putting in a different unit?

did you replace with a used or new unit
you may need to use das developer mode to pull the old flash from sbc then flash to the replacement unit.

New sbc needs to be coded to car. It is not a simple box swap procedure. If not coded new box will not be recognized which is your case.
