M275 Engine Modification (SL600/SL65)

So with my first set of mods being done and the second set being ready for the spring I thought It was time to look for engine and engine internal upgrades for later this year

I plan on doing a turbo/intake/header mod but I've been curious about changing the camshaft, pistons, heads, etc after seeing the Brabus 6.3 M275 engine from the 5.5 used in the SL600

Question is do I buy a 600 engine which I can get used for about 5-10k for a used engine and work on that block on get a 65 engine and tinker with that for 12-20k for a used engine.

I figure either block I get I can at least have my stock 65 block on the side and and not mess up the engine I already have

Also anyone know what the highest displacement these M275 engines can go up to? I figure Brabus had a reason to stop a 6.3 with the turbo billet upgrade that they did
