2013 sl63 PP
iv been eyeing up the new 2013+ sl63 and test drove a demo without the performance pack. there was no real difference between mine 2009 with PP so never signed on the dotted line mainly due to the spec I want is £134,000 and you get them 6 months old (sub 6000 miles) for £90,000 and I cant justify that kind of hit in 6 months.
So to my question, all the ones for sale in the UK don't list the performance pack, when I was looking for mine I found that's not unusual as a lot of garages have no idea it has it. but on mine it was easy as the alloys and steering wheel are different. but is there any styling queues on the new one.
Red brake callipers are a option so that doesn't help (although no one seems to get them) , bigger breaks don't help in pictures. so short of asking the dealers for a full spec list every time I see one I fancy, how can I easily tell by looking at it.

MBWorld Fanatic!
You must be joking, the 2009 SL63 was nat aspirated and lacked grunt.
Even after I had it chipped ( extra 30 bhp ) the stock 2013 would blow
it's socks off. Look at the drag times, and if you chipped the 2013 63
you will get figures down to 0-62 of 3.6 seconds, up with the big boys.
Don't worry about fluffy dice, just get the 231 and chip it.
