SL63 exhaust system question
hi guys, recently i converted my SL350 AMG body kit to OEM SL63 body kit. The look of the car is great, but the sound of exhaust is not load which is not appropriate with the car appearance. My question is, if I instill OEM SL63 exhaust system, does the sound be louder or is not worth to do it? also when can I find exhaust system that makes my exhaust sound close to SL63 sound?

Will be a waste of time. You would be better off taking out all your cats and resonators and mufflers and maybe adding them back one by one to see if you can achieve the sound,tone and drone level you are after. Unless you can find an SL63 exhaust system with a 6.2 v8 attached to the front of it....

The SL63 231 does not have a particularly nice tone, I tried to alter mine
by changing tips ( for extra horsepower
) but the more I tried the
quieter it got, also as he said I think you need the engine.
Best to go to a custom exhaust builder
