How do they work.
I am having links fitted tomorrow to lower my 65.
I have not got a clue. I thought you just fitted short bars (Links ) and that
would lower it. But what about the raising device in the car, and what about
the fact that the car lowers itself over 50 mph.
Can anyone explain, most threads are about the module which I can't afford
at present.

I like to go armed with a little knowledge, I don't want to look like a nerd.
Plus they may offer things which I will not know what to choose.
Thanks, for the help

I'm not an expert, but I thought that the links just move the arm in a different position, causing the car to lower itself back to the position it thinks it's supposed to be in. The problem comes in that the amount of lowering is still the same when driving on the highway, so you will be closer to the road all around.

yeah, there is more to it than just changing the links. There are sensors that will signal that the car is not at the level it needs to be at and try to raise it.
I best way, if you need it lowered, is to get a lowering module from Kleemann or Renntech. -or Google works too https://www.google.com/webhp?sourcei...ering%20module
I would suggest that you look at that before changing links as I suspect that it will not work as desired.
