Air Intake Idea
I was thinking about ways to feed your induction system with lots of air.
How about a bonnet/hood scoop, not like that bump on a Subaru.
It could terminate near the filter intake or put some cones there.
A nicely designed sleek bonnet scoop might even make the car look
macho and made of CF. The other day I removed the pipe to the filter
on my Mitsubishi , it definitely felt better, and I hit the boost limiter, so
it had increased the boost, guess the pipes were adding a little friction,
that's what gave me the idea. Wonder how much a CF bonnet would cost
with the scoop.

The only scoop bonnet I have seen is the brabus version on the new i think 850hp sl. You can find lots of vented hoods and different intake options discussed extensively on this site like the speedriven scorpion intake as in my picture. Bonnet scoop is a good idea but will require new air boxes and filter setup.
