CHANGE WHEEL DIAMETER?

If I were to increase my wheel diameter and as long as it will clear the wheel arches would their be any other problems other than the speedo reading incorrectly. Would it cause any issues with ABS or ESC or any other wheel sensor related items? This is on a SL600 2010.
Any knowledge would be appritiated.

Not wheel size the overall diameter. So my current size is 305/25r20 with no issues as the diameter is within spec. 76.25mm sidewall. However i want to go to 305/30r20 which would be 91.5mm sidewall and 2" bigger in overall diameter and also around 7% out of spec. So my speedo will read 7% too low or 100 when I am doing 107. All of his i understand however what I was asking was if I am 7% out of spec will this effect the ABS or ESC or anything else the change in wheel diameter and wheel sensor speed may effect.
