Big thank you to Shardul
I want to thank Shardul for all his help. I purchased a competitors billet pulleys and had nothing but problems, they even sent me another set and the same issues. I bought Sharduls last week, put them on and problem solved. Also bought a TQ from him last summer and it works like a champ.

For anyone not familiar, Shardul is an excellent resource. He is well known and respected by the W211 guys among other groups. I have his belt wrap kit and billet pulleys. This is a great set up for even the non-modded guys as worn idlers and pulleys tend to become potential time bombs. Worn idlers and pulleys can lead to shredded belts and when a belt goes, they have been known to damage other components. I had a blown belt damage the water pump. The perfect time to change to billet pulleys is when the stock pulleys start to wear out. I did this last spring.
