That's true. It seems the kit you posted is just someone in Germany piecing parts together to make a "kit". You'll have to contact Bilstein in US to get the shocks, Eibach to get the springs, Mercedes USA to get the pump and sway bars (tough chances it wont ship from Germany). Sounds like a lot of hassle.

I've been hoping to see "Rebuild Mastertech" do this for a while.
Does seem to be a good and complete kit (including sway bars), but before I make a move, I need to see and hear installation details, along with opinions from owners.
is me or shouldnt the s class w220 or e55 power steeering pump work on the sl55. it think the few who did the coilovers on the cl and s class used w220 non abc pumps. when i lookup the part number for sl350 230.467 i get part number
A0024668601 and A0024668701 when is also compatible with w220 s class non abc cars. they can be had on ebay for $150 or less. the pump shown on the rebuildmaster kit looks like a non abc s class pump w220. part number A 005 466 40 01 on the epc show it as sl350 r230 454 456 and 458. what do u guys think.

I too am interested in getting rid of the ABC on my 600.
Well, the car is finally done, what I can say is the following after driving the car for almost 70 KM. The wheelspin is less than it was, the suspension makes it feel like a race car. It feels stiff, though until now I could feel that the car is more stable.
The car lost at least 40-50 KGs, the ABC suspension is a heavy one.
The kit I bought had H&R Lowering springs, which made the car stable and low.
Until this moment I can say that I'm glad I did this conversion.

I have already completed my coil convention. But, I still have the ABC warning in my dashboard. Any way I can remove it?

I have completed the coil conversion. However, I can't remove the ABC warning. I tried to remove it with my star scanner but, I only have option SL65. Can't see (black edition)?

HI…I own 2004 stock SL500 that has about 125000 mi haven’t owned the car no more than 10 mo. I’ve owned many sports cars in my life this is a fun car to own when it is not in the shop. The ABC system is probably great when new and under warranty but at 11+ yrs old its warning out. my driving habits is for pleasure only. It’s not a SL55 or a SL600 just a stk 500 w/ no sway bars. About 2 mo. ago I blow a suspension line after just replacing the tandem pump thinking not a big deal only to find out the engine had to be raised that was the last straw. I started reading here about converting to a coil over system I know all you Mercedes purist think you need to kept throwing $$ into the ABC system but not me. I had a coil over done also took out tandem pump and had a P/S pump only installed it has made driving the car fun again the ride is as good as it has every been I don‘t race the car just a fun car to own and drive . Funny but maybe all of you w/ low mileage cars wouldn’t mind driving them again if you were to get the coil over lets face it the car isn‘t going up in value. One more thing keep doing the rodeo on your cars the pump mfg and Mercedes parts and service dept just love it , this is just my 2 cent…
