Ok, well with the info given to help you diagnose this problem my initial suggestion, let's start eliminating the basics:
1) car turned on?
2) car has batteries installed and connected?
3) radio turned on?.....

Obviously the point of my admittedly smart assed reply is that for folks to help you out they need more information. The more detailed the better Cheers.
