I'm having an issue with my driver door handle sensor and I'm not sure if it is normal behavior for the vehicle. On the passenger side the moment I touch the door handle the car unlocks. On the driver side the door almost never unlock on its own, I have to do a double pull on the handle. I went ahead and replaced the door handle with a new one. It's improved but it still does not open consistently. Eg if I touch the handle it does not unlock but if I keep my hand there for a couple seconds the door will unlock. If I immediately lock it again and touch the handle it will unlock right away. The passenger side seems to unlock right away no matter what I do. I also wasn't sure if locking the car via remote or the door handle button had an effect on this. Is what I described normal for this car. It is an 05 sl55
