Don't know if the seats are different on the amg r230 are same or different than those of a regular SL, but I have a torn seat bottom cushion and want to remove it for repair. Read some where about removing torx bolt from rear bottom of seat, did this but all that did was allow the entire bottom seat assembly to move forward and back. Looking for information on actual removal of cushion and also wonder if drivers side can be swapped with passenger side?
