SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: 2003 SL55 AMG AC/Heater Blower doesn't turn off

2003 SL55 AMG AC/Heater Blower doesn't turn off
I’ve replaced both batteries in the car after that the AC/Heaterblower won’t turn off I have checked all the fuses everything looks good, WhenI disarm the car with the remote the blower come on and when the car is turnedoff the blower stays on for about 10 minutes I’ve tried turning the numbs inall positions and no luck.

Thanks for the reply.
The EIS IgnitionModule has been checked, The rear SAM, the front SAM and the driver SAM havebeen replaced still won’t read or communicate with the diagnostic. The Shop I took it to gave up after spending hours and hours trying to find the problem. this all started after one of the batteries going dead and I replaced both.
