IMO, K&N filters are vastly overrated in the area of improved engine performance. While I agree that more air give you more bang, replacing your stock filters with K&N, gives you nothing. Again IMO. You would be better off spending the money to get a good wash and shine to make the car move through the air with less resistance (or lower Cw).

It requires an iso 5011 test with an $280k machine to properly test filters, which is not something I have. What I do have is test results from such a machine. The results are not good for the K&N
