Cooling issues

I seem to be having continuous cooling issues in my 05 SL65. Even with an upgraded H/E and a trunk tank, I am seeing IATs get up high and struggle to recover.

Questions-

With the upgraded H/E and pump, are there then 2 pumps up front? My car was supposed to have the Renntech H/E and pump, but my shop recently swapped out what appears to be a stock pump. So maybe there are multiples?

On the stock pump, there are 3 inlets/outlets, whereas the Bosch 010 I replaced with had 2. How are the lines supposed to go?

There is a pump on the passenger side in front of the front wheel (this is where the cooling pump for both engine and intercooler is located on the 55k cars) that controls only the engine cooling circuit. On the driver's side, behind the fog light is where the intercooler circuit pump is located. I also have the Renntech pump and heat exchanger. My cruising temperature on an 80 degree day hovers at around 165 degrees. When you go WOT, it drops to about 135 degrees and then climbs back to that 165 mark. Have been thinking about the Killer Chiller system or trunk tank as I've been told that power is decreased by the ECU at 150 degrees.
