ABC lines? PS Lines? Part #s? (pics inside)



I know purple is ABC, & red is PS, but I don't know what the green one is that's wrapped in heat shield. I think it is also ABC, but do not know what hose. This view is between the radiator and the frame.





Another view between the frame and steering rack. Again, I think the red is a PS line, but do not know the 2 that are heat shielded in yellow and green. I would guess ABC, but can't tell what they would be on the ABC diagram.



This is the only other ABC hose diagram I could find. None of these look like the 2 heat wrapped hoses that go under the engine.



I belive the purple line under the radiator is hose #60 as there is another hose behind it, which is likely hose #90. This is the front ABC diagram.



This is the rear ABC diagram, which I do not think any of the hoses pictured are.

As you can see the red hose I think is power steering part # 230-466-65-81, but want to be sure before ordering as its nearly $300. The 2 hoses under the radiator (#60 & #90) are starting to weep and I will likely just be removing the rubber sections of them and putting an 18mm flare end on the hard lines so that way the rubber is easily replaceable moving forward (I feel better about doing this than using a compression fitting).

What I can't figure out is what the yellow and green hoses are that have heat wrap around them. I think they are ABC hoses, but have no clue what they would be on the abc diagram. I know the front heat wrapped hose (green) is leaking and it looks like the the rear one (yellow) is probably leaking also.

The first picture - the line you marked in green is main pressure line that runs from the backside of the pump, under AC compressor, along the engine to passenger side, along engine on right side of car, then turns left under tranny and then past the left cat out in the "wheel arch" (correct term?) where it, via a coupling, connects to the last piece of pipe/hose before the pulsation dampener block behind the left front wheel.

It is covered in heat proctection and is part pipe, part hose..

Iīve removed mine - rebuilt it with less pipe and more hose and rerouted it.. Works fine for me and now itīs routed away from back of engine / catīs to spare it from the heat..
