SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: Rare option?

Rare option?
I stumbled across what I think may be a rare or hard to find part and am looking for some info on it, it's a center console lid for a 03-08 in black designo leather but on the top of it the Amg crest logo is embossed into the leather. The lid is brand new but has no part numbers on it. Anybody have any ideas what I have and what it might be worth? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

i was curious about that too, but the production date of 2007, and older style amg logo tells me this is for a 230 model

It looks like a R230 lid to me. I had to replace mine, and the part
I received looked very similar to what is pictured. I would think
your part came from an 05 SL65, based on the stitching which
you can see on the side.
