Thank you.
Correct, right side of the exhaust is now only for waste gate dump.

The sound is much cleaner than the normal m275, but also quieter than my old setup.

Fantastic work. Look forward to seeing your results. How much boost do you plan on putting through the engine?

Whatever it takes to make the power I want. Wastegate pressure is set at 11psi for now, and then boost controller will take it from there.

Waiting on the final bits to finish the intercooler install.
Installed the turboguard screen, cutoff the factory piece of wheel liner and made an aluminum shield to prevent debris going straight into the turbo.

Man, can't wait to see this in action. Amazing work all around. That driver's side tailpipe should make some impressive light shows!

How is it going?

Did you have some time to make first runs with the car?

Good Luck!

How's the suspension going with the ABC delete?? I've been down to your shop with the silver SL 55 AMG. I'm just now replacing my second hose on my ABC system in the last 6 months and would really like to know how the coil over conversion went.

Turboguard turbo screen is what I'm using. No filter, but I did make a shield to prevent debris getting into the inlet.
You can see it here installed on the turbo already:

Waiting on VVK to ship my coil overs, been a while since I ordered them, about a month now.
The V8 pump conversion with custom brackets/hose work perfectly fine on the v12.

You need a filter. You're basically ingesting everything into the engine not to mention the finer particles will "sand blast" the turbine wheel.

There is absolutely no room for an air filter. This car will see a very small amount of miles of street driving, and has a good shield that covers the turbo almost on all sides. Amount of junk going into the turbo will be very minimal.

There's only about a 1" gap between compressor inlet and the shield.

It runs, just finally getting my coil overs on Monday 5/1 and then need to finish up one charge pipe and up on the dyno. I'm trying to have it ready by the street car challenge event.

Not to go off-Topic in this thread, but what HP makes your SL63 with rear mount Turbo? Thanks.
