Supercharger noise
Hi all!
My girlfriends car just returned from the shop, when sh started it up this am it sounded a bit like a card in the spokes of a bicycle wheel. Shut it off and I'm pretty sure it was coming from the,supercharger. Sound,went,away, but curious....known issue?

The noise persisted a bit after the belt stopped... sounded like something spinning down. If the belt is stopped what could still be spinning?? Are the vanes of the supercharger clutched?
