2005 Mercedes SL65 AMG

sl65 Catalyitc Converters

2005 SL65 with only 17.8k miles and getting rotten egg smell from underneath and engine feels sluggish. No check engine lights or codes. Curious if anyone else had to replace Cats on this car at all?

Sounds like bad cats from my same exp. I upgraded my whole exhaust system when it happened.

Might I ask what you went with? Custom exhaust or stock? thanks for the help

Custom 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust with catless downpipes, exhaust cutouts and high flow muffers.
