I visited AMG yesterday and caught a look at the SL65. It seems that the F1 package is standard on this car, with brake vents near the nose. The SLR nose is still one to two years off. The nineteen inch wheels are pretty outrageous on this car.

Did you take any pictures while you were at the factory?

No camera allowed in the AMG factory unfortunately. There have been other posts about the F1 package and it looks identical on the SL65. I felt the car looked a little too aggressive, but at least it was nice that there was some physical distinguishment. The CL65 looks identical to the CL55.
