does the SL65 intercooler share it's coolant fluid with the radiator? if radiator is flushed or replaced does the intercooler need to be bled for bubbles?

V12s have their own intecooler coolant, separate system, and is very hard to bleed all the air out. V8's share the same circuit.

I know my V12 has a separate intercooler/pump/heat exchanger assembly. The SL55's heat exchanger shares the same radiator circuit don't they?

Correct: SL65 has separate circuits, SL55 has shared circuits
I apologize i misread your statement and thought you're saying 55 shares the design as 65
