Just for thoes you want the easie solution ... looks pretty solid to me ..... feeling tempeted to buy one and try it.

you'll still need to grind out the snout to accommodate the larger size when using a plate. if you do that while the supercharger is still on the car you better be infinitely careful not to get shavings down inside. A magnet will be of no use helping you either since it is made of aluminum. the best way is to still take the supercharger off the car and apart to grind. you'll want to either regrease or replace the rear bearings while you have it out (i had around 85k on my car when i took the charger off and there was virtually no grease left in the rear bearings).
another alternative to the plate is to just buy an 82mm TB that has had new holes drilled in it to line up with the original 74 snout bolt holes.

Shardul sells new tbs that are drilled to fit. You basically just need a drill press to do it. Not very hard.
