Hey guys.

My 04 SL55 has gear shifter issue.

First day, it didn't go all the way to the Park. It was stuck on between Reverse and Park.

So I took the console out, and tried to move back and forth few times to put it back to Park and it worked.

But car didn't want to start after that. It made clicking sound for 0.5 sec though.

So I tried to move back and forth few times again and it finally started.

Now, I tried to drive the car so I moved shifter to Drive but car didn't move.

It shows "D" on cluster gauge.

Did anyone have this kind of issue before? Does anyone know what is the problem?
