W212 E350 + R230 SL55
SL55 Twin Pulley Idler Bearing
I renewed my pulley with a complete new unit from MB (UK) - over £400!!!

So, I thought i'd refurb my old unit for a spare. The alloy front pulley houses a 6203RS bearing - simple

But, I'm struggling to find the bearing that fits the inner plastic pulley and also, how easy is it to swap this bearing out as it doesn't look simple

400 quid , ouch . Got mine for $ 250 . Never refurbed the old one , still got it though .

I need to replace this idler pulley on my SL. Is there any writes up or tips for doing this?
