Trunk closes... then doesn’t
So trunk motors down to fully closed positions for a second then lifts back up to unlocked position. Epoxied the bbs didn’t help...

2007 SL55
Had this same issue repaired on my 2007 SL55 under warranty. MB part number 230-750-01-85 (Lock) was replaced.
