would appreciate any insight to problem of lately only one in three or four times when pressing red close button will cause the closing of the trunk to take place. the light is always lit but too often nothing happens. few times it works. when doesnt i have no choice but to manually close it til poont that the soft close takes over. the soft close works every time. want to know what to check without just going to the stealership and being at their mercy. sorry for the rambling...
