Your best bet is going to a few local car audio shops and see what they can do for you.
You can get a pretty solid set up for 2K to 3K that will bring it into the modern world and look nice and clean when installed.

Good thing is you have an '05 with the MOST fiber network. You will just need a new head unit, a MOST adapter, and a CANBUS adapter. I think there are even fit kits for the head unit to go in the dash. I think that is even a DIY project.

Plenty of threads on the Seicane units here. Basically, radio reception is very poor, quality is suspect, customer support is zero, and for me missing a couple of key features. Basically you bypass the Bose amp and run the speakers through the internal amp. Not great sound.
