SL55 how do I get Panorama roof down with leaking cylinder top latch?

Both my Amg acting up. Can’t get food down. Of course driving it straightened out a lot of problems. But the roof I can’t get down. Top latch cylinders leaking. I can rebuild them I was brake caliper rebuilder 25 years. Just need to get it down. Also I spun the Allen head in trunk just to get trunk to close. Now the lock is stuck. Maybe mb icarsoft will work on it to open truck. Glove box stuck, finally I’ll teokacr windshield washer equipment. Broke red drivers side door sill on top of it all.

A chap who is a machinist by trade posted details here or on Benzworld of how he rebuilt all cylinders on his R230. A big problem for him was locating rod seals in the correct metric size. If you overcome this challenge it's my hope that you will reveal a source for them.

In regard to opening the roof, iCarsoft is worthless -- it is incapable of actuating any component of the roof or any other system, for that matter. A procedure for opening and closing the roof manually was just posted on Benzworld: https://mbworld.org/forums/sl-class-...ml#post7758817.
