Sorry to hear about your experience. Did you buy an extended warranty? There are many threads about the head bolt and cam wear situations. Suggest searching this site and using Google to learn about the options.

Head bolts are all part of owning a 6.3. You're not going to get anything out of the dealer not Mercedes. Headbolt failure isn't a matter of IF - it's a matter of WHEN, as they WILL fail. There are some with high mileage, some with low mileage.

All your information on headbolts is in the c63 section. If you want, you can post there and see what responses you get. Dropping the engine usually isn't necessary except on some models such as the R63, not sure if SL63 would apply but I wouldn't imagine so.
